Troubleshooting Guide
- Does the XT31 turn on when the trailer door is opened?
- Verify that the antenna is attached and mounted on the side of the trailer.
- Verify that the solar panel harness is not damaged.
- Verify that the cable in CON 1 is tightly secured. Ensure dots are aligned and perform a pull test.
- Verify that the door sensor by pressing the button on the side and confirm that the orange LED light illuminates.
- Verify the lighting sequence of the LEDs located towards the bottom of the device.
- If it is a refrigerated trailer, keep in mind that temperature conditions can fog up the camera lens, which will affect the quality of the photos.
