Troubleshooting Steps (Work in Order)
- Press the Door Sensor button and watch for the LED.
- If the LED comes on, it is a pairing issue. Email support@fleetpulse.com with a photo of the Door Sensor MAC address and the CargoView serial # plate. Hold down the button until the LED stops flashing.
- If the LED does not come on, open the device with a tri-tip screwdriver.
- Test the batteries for at least 3V combined.
- If the batteries are good, gently pull up the battery tabs to make better contact with the circuit board (see photo).
- If the batteries are bad, replace them with 2 AA lithium-ion batteries.
- Replace the device cover and click the button to confirm LED activity. Hold the button down to ensure the LED stops flashing afterward. Email support@fleetpulse.com to verify the repair, noting the trailer ID.
