Troubleshooting Guide 

 

  1. Verify the installation location of the FleetPulseGO: Solar device. The recommended installation location is on the roof of the trailer.

  1. Inspect the device for cracks or other damage.  
  2. Verify that the solar panel of the device is clean and intact. 
  3. Reset the device and check connectivity:  
  4. Locate the button at the bottom of the device.   
  5. Press and hold the button for 7 to 10 seconds and look for the light sequence. You should see GPS (green), cellular (blue), and Zigbee (amber). The lights will remain on until a cellular signal blockage has been achieved.   
  6. Place the device in sunlight and after 24 hours, log in to the FleetPulse platform and verify that the reporting data is accurate for the trailer.   
  7. If these steps do not restore the functionality of the device, please let us know at support@fleetpulse.com immediately, and we will continue with the next steps.
