Troubleshooting Guide
- Verify the installation location of the FleetPulseGO: Solar device. The recommended installation location is on the roof of the trailer.

- Inspect the device for cracks or other damage.
- Verify that the solar panel of the device is clean and intact.
- Reset the device and check connectivity:
- Locate the button at the bottom of the device.
- Press and hold the button for 7 to 10 seconds and look for the light sequence. You should see GPS (green), cellular (blue), and Zigbee (amber). The lights will remain on until a cellular signal blockage has been achieved.
- Place the device in sunlight and after 24 hours, log in to the FleetPulse platform and verify that the reporting data is accurate for the trailer.
- If these steps do not restore the functionality of the device, please let us know at support@fleetpulse.com immediately, and we will continue with the next steps.
