Prerequisite: To perform this function, you must be assigned as an Installer of the customer account.

FleetPulse Device Unpairing Guide

disconnect deactivate

Log in to the FleetPulse Mobile App.
Select the three horizontal bars located in the top left corner to view the menu.
Select “My Fleet”
Search by VIN or Unit ID or Scan the VIN plate of the Trailer/Asset
Select the Trailer / Asset and Scroll down and select "Installer confirmation".
Scroll down and select “Unpair Device”
Confirm details and select “Yes, Unpair!”
