How to Pair a FleetPulse CargoView
Learn how to efficiently pair your FleetPulseGO: Cargoview device for easy monitoring and tracking of your fleet.

Prerequisite: To perform this function, you must be assigned as an Installer for the customer account.
IMPORTANT: The CargoView must be commissioned on the Xirgo Service app and be charged or powered on before it can report updates to FleetPulse.
STEP 1: Pair the Trailer (VIN) to the CargoView

STEP 2: Verify Expected Sensors Reporting (Location, Camera, Door)

IMPORTANT: Location, Doors, and Cargo Camera must have a green dot indicating the sensor has reported stable data.
If any of these sensors has a red dot or NO dot, review the connections, verify the device has power, test the door sensor for power, and open and close the trailer door to test image capture. |
IMPORTANT NOTE
- The Installation Completion e-mail is sent after all expected sensors have reported stable readings (indicated by a green dot on the Installation Confirmation).

Before the device can transmit updates to the platform:
- It must establish a GPS fix and connect to a cellular network.
- Signal lock is highly dependent on the device’s location and the strength of GPS and cellular signals in the area.
- Verify that cables in CON 1 and CON 2 are secured by conducting a pull test.
- You may open and close the trailer door to force image capture and updates on the platform.
