How to Pair a Device from your Dashboard

When you need to pair a new device, you'll follow a straightforward process that takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through each step so you can get your device connected and operational right away.
Start the Pairing Process
Begin by navigating to Trailer Management on your dashboard and select Device Management.

Complete the Pairing form

Select Product Type
Select your product type from the available options. This ensures the system configures the device correctly for your specific equipment and use case.
Enter Vehicle Information
Next, you'll need to provide the vehicle identification number (VIN). You can either type it manually or use your device's scanning capability to capture it automatically. The VIN helps the system associate the device with the correct vehicle in your fleet.
Add Device Details
Enter the device serial number into the designated field. Like the VIN, you have the option to scan this directly from the device label or type it in manually. This unique identifier ensures proper device tracking and management.
Include Trailer ID Information (Optional)
For operations involving trailers, you have the option to enter a trailer / asset ID. This helps you track and manage trailer-specific data alongside your vehicle information.
Complete Your Setup
Once you've filled in all required information, select the pair option to complete the connection. Your device will now sync with the system and begin collecting data. NOTE: Follow the activation steps to power on your device.
