Warranty Disclaimer

Used Parts Return Policy
Used parts must be returned within 30 days from the date FleetPulse or the manufacturer ships the replacement part. If the used part is not returned within this timeframe, the requesting company will be invoiced for the cost of the new part, including shipping and handling.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning used parts.

Warranty Claim Conditions
FleetPulse or its supplier manufacturers reserve the right to deny any warranty claims if parts are found to be:

  • Functional
  • Past the warranty period
  • Damaged due to customer abuse
  • Failed due to operational hazards
  • Disassembled
  • Affected by any non-OE-related causes
