Prerequisite: To perform this function, you must be assigned as an Installer of the customer account. 

 
  1. Log into the FleetPulse mobile app

  1.  Select GO Solar 
Group 1, Grouped object

 

  1. Review Installation Tips & Proceed

  1. Scan / Enter Trailer VIN & Proceed

  1. Scan / Enter the device IMEI # & Proceed

  1. After successfully pairing, Push and hold the button for three seconds

IMPORTANT NOTE  

  1. Before the device can transmit updates to the platform: 
    1. It must establish a GPS fix and connect to a cellular network. 
    2. Signal acquisition is highly dependent on the device’s location and the strength of GPS and cellular signals in the area. 
    3. If your device does not report immediately, do not panic.  
  2. If the status LEDs do not illuminate when the button is pressed: 
    1. The internal battery may be dead. 
    2. Position the device with its solar panel facing direct sunlight and allow it to charge for several hours before attempting activation again. 
  3. Contact support@fleetpulse.com if you have further questions.
