Troubleshooting Guide 

  1. Does the XT31 turn on when the trailer door is opened?
  2. Verify that the antenna is attached and mounted on the side of the trailer. 
  3. Verify that the solar panel harness is not damaged. 
  4. Verify that the cable in CON 1 is tightly secured. Ensure dots are aligned and perform a pull test. 

 

  1. Verify that the door sensor by pressing the button on the side and confirm that the orange LED light illuminates. 
  2. Verify the lighting sequence of the LEDs located towards the bottom of the device. 
  3. If it is a refrigerated trailer, keep in mind that temperature conditions can fog up the camera lens, which will affect the quality of the photos. 
  4. If these steps do not restore the functionality of the device, please let us know at support@fleetpulse.com immediately and we will continue with the next steps.
