How to manage a user’s assigned role 

Requirement

To perform this function, you must be the administrator of your account. 

 

 

  1. Log in to your FleetPulse account at: https://my.fleetpulse.com/profile  
  2. Select Settings and select the "User Management"  tab

  1.  In the search box, type the email address of the user to edit

NOTE: The user must be added before you can edit their role assignments.   

  1. Scroll to the Action column on the right side of the page  
  2. Select the pencil icon on the same row as the user to edit A screenshot of a computer

  3. Select the role to assign to the user, e.g., Customer Installer

  1. Select Update
