How to manage a user’s assigned role
Requirement
To perform this function, you must be the administrator of your account.
- Log in to your FleetPulse account at: https://my.fleetpulse.com/profile
- Select Settings and select the "User Management" tab
- In the search box, type the email address of the user to edit
NOTE: The user must be added before you can edit their role assignments.
- Scroll to the Action column on the right side of the page

Select the pencil icon on the same row as the user to edit
- Select the role to assign to the user, e.g., Customer Installer
- Select Update
