ABS compatibility is determined by what's already installed on the trailer — this module is not swapped between ABS families.

Any standard 7-way J560 nose box. Ring-terminal wiring (blue-to-blue, white-to-white) is covered in the wiring detail below.

- Match the T-harness lead color to the nose box terminal: blue to blue, white to white.
- Use a threaded stud ring-T connection where the 7-way terminal has a threaded post, or a washer ring-T connection where a nut secures the terminal.
- Seat each ring terminal fully and torque the retaining nut/stud snug — a loose ring-T is the most common cause of intermittent ABS/lighting faults after install.
- Any standard J560 trailer nose box works; it ships with the trailer and is not a FleetPulse part.

T-splice that joins the gateway connecting harness and the nose box lead into a single run toward the module. Choose the version matching the trailer body.

12 Jumper harness (shared position)

This position carries one of two jumpers depending on the build: a door sensor jumper that ships preinstalled but unconnected, or the ABS data jumper that carries ABS signal on to the module.
