How to Unpair a device from your dashboard
Learn efficient steps to unpair trailers from your dashboard, streamlining your management process for enhanced usability.

- Log in to https://my.fleetpulse.com/dashboard
- Select the settings icon in the left corner of the page:
- Select Trailer Management from the tab bar:
- Search for the VIN or Trailer ID of the Trailer
- Check the box next to the VIN of the trailer to unpair:
- Click on Device Management and select Unpair:
- Verify the details, select an Unpair Reason, and “Yes, Unpair Device”, when you are ready:
NOTE: You can only perform this operation for one trailer at a time.
