How to manage a user's assigned role — FleetPulse How to Manage a User's Assigned Role Requirements You must be an administrator of your account to change role assignments. 1 Log in to FleetPulse Sign in to your account at my.fleetpulse.com. 2 Open Settings, then the User Management tab From the main navigation, select Settings and choose the User Management tab. User Management tab Settings → User Management 3 Search for the user In the search box, type the email address of the user you want to edit. Search by email Search the user list by email address Note: the user must already be added to your account before you can edit their role assignments. See How to add a user to your account. 4 Select the edit icon on the user's row Scroll to the Action column on the right side of the table, then select the pencil icon on that user's row. Pencil icon The pencil icon in the Action column opens the user's role assignments 5 Choose the role to assign Select the role you want the user to hold — for example, Administrator. New role Select Administrator to move this user to the admin role Select Update Select Update to save the change. The new role applies the next time the user signs in.
